- Contract due for all classes is Monday, November 19, 2012
- Background Research plan, Proposal Form, Planning Sheet worksheets is due Nov. 29, 2012
- Bibliography worksheet due Friday, December 7
- Scaffolding worksheet due by Friday, December 7
- Form 1A, Form 1C, Form 1D, and Form 1E due by Friday, December 14
- Purpose & Hypothesis for Scientist are due Thursday, Dec., 6, 2012
- Purpose & Design Need / Design problem for Engineers are due Thursday, December 6, 2012
- Order form for Display boards due Thursday, December 6, 2012
- Criteria & Constraints for Engineers are due due 12/10
- Determine Variables & Constants, Measuring Variables for scientist due 12/10 or 12/11 for 7-9
- 3 More book bibliographies on your topic due Thursday, Dec. 13
- Rough Draft of Introduction & Research Summary due Thursday, Dec. 13
- Qualitative & Quantitative Observations, Materials List & Procedures, Data table and labeled graph are in your notebook is due by Wednesday, Dec. 19 (once approved here you can begin testing)
- Materials are gathered all along, including display board

- Testing on your project begins after you are approved
- Computer workday to construct graphs for display board & report on computer Week of Jan. 7, 2013
- Rough drafts of discussion & conclusion, and is due Week of Jan. 7, 2013
- Abstract rough draft is due Week of January 7, 2013
- Science fair report and logbook is due Thursday, January 17, 2013 for a grade
- In class presentation & Display board is due at school for a grade on Thursday, January 23
- Archbishop Lyke Annual Fair on Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 5:00-6:30 (attendance is a required to present your project for a grade!) After the fair, keep your report, notebook, and display board on the table. The exhibits will be judged by students, facilty & ALS family
- Winners will be announced on Thursday, January 31
- Top 10 scores may qualify and final entry forms to be completed to enter in the NEOSEF Competition Friday, February 1
- NEOSEF applications are due for final review & mailed by Ms. Baker Monday, February 4
- NEOSEF application is due in their possession on Wednesday, February 6
- Feb. 20 acceptance letters are in the mail from NEOSEF about the competition
- NEOSEF Fair March 4th-7th at John Carroll University
